    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • To prepare Risk & Control Matrix and facilitate Risk & Control Self- Assessment (RCSA) for various functions across entities in Financial services
    • To Collate details and publish ORM dashboard on Monthly basis
    • To draw inferences from the KRI performance and implement required action plans
    • To conduct process reviews, control testing, etc. and monitor implementation of mitigation strategies
    • To conduct causal analysis for reported Operational Risk Incidents (if any)
    • To assist business units and support functions to assess and manage their operational risks
    • To conduct operational risk assessment for all new products and partnerships
    • To review SOPs etc. process documents from time to time.
    • To follow-up and collate the outcomes of Branch self assessment checklist
    • To update Branch self assessment checklist from time-to-time basis relevance
    • To manage the Policy repository- including setting reminders and following up on various organization policies

    Preferred candidate profile:

    • Graduate with 8+ years or Postgraduate with 7+ years of experience in financial sector
    • CA or other equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage
