    LOCATION : Mahim, MUMBAI Salary - 3 to 4 LPAJOB TITLE : Executive Renewal team

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

    ROLE

    The incumbent shall provide administrative support for EPRO/RPRO Back office Work and participate in Pre Sales and Post Sales activities including retention of customers. They will work as a team member with the other EPRO/RPRO Sales force & Branch offices by sharing workload, tasks and duties as required to achieve timely results. The role involves managing multiple responsibilities such as Customer retention, Renewals of Enterprise customer, Sales Operations and Customer Relationship Management

    RESPONSIBILITY

    Renewal Forecasts and Quarterly Renewal Collections of Enterprise Customers.

    Anticipate Customer issues, Co ordinate with Support team for timely resolution and ensure maximum retention by managing strong relationship.

    Follow up on Pre Sales requirement and provide regular updates including administrative support to the Enterprise customers

    Compile data and prepare reports including complex documents / graphics as required

    Establish and maintain positive communication links with the Enterprise Customers

    Implement and consistently improve operational practices and procedures assigned

    Facilitate the Order Processing and approval of Purchase Orders

    Ensure Purchase Order records are kept in accordance with company policies and standard practices

    Ensure immediate Business Partner Commission claims processing and cheque are processed & released in a timely manner

    Work and follow up aggressively on the other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors degree in any stream
    • At least 5yrs experience of Pre-Sales & Customer Support specific to web technologies
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
    • Ability to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
