    • JOB BRIEF:

    We at TSBI are seeking a highly motivated Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive our digital advertising efforts and contribute to the growth of our business.

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop and execute paid media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.
    • Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads,etc).
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance..
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the digital advertising landscape.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market dynamics to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
    • SKILLS REQUIRED:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2 years) managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.
    • Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
