    Manager - Revenue (Air) - B2B DivisionCleartrip, a Flipkart Company is a leading travel technology company, which is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as a Manager - Revenue (Air) for our B2B lines of business: Agency Travel, Corporate Travel & API Distribution.

    This pivotal role involves overseeing revenue management strategies specifically for the Air segment, contributing significantly to the growth and profitability of our B2B division.


    Responsibilities:

    Revenue Optimization:
    Develop and implement robust revenue management strategies for the Air segment within the B2B division. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.


    Pricing Strategy:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise competitive pricing models, promotions, and discounts that align with market dynamics and business objectives

    Demand Forecasting:
    Utilize data analytics and market insights to forecast demand accurately. Drive initiatives to optimize inventory and maximize revenue potential.


    Performance Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, market share, and pricing effectiveness. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.


    Strategic Partnerships:
    Build and nurture relationships with key partners, airlines, and industry stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and secure exclusive deals for the B2B division

    Team Leadership:
    Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure alignment with revenue goals and professional development

    Qualifications:


    Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue management preferably within the travel industry/ OTA industry, with a focus on the Air segment.

    Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue optimization strategies.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
