    Lifesight is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping businesses leverage data & AI to improve customer acquisition and retention. We have a team of 130 serving 300+ customers across 5 offices in the US, Singapore, India, Australia, and the UK. Our mission is to make it easy for non-technical marketers to leverage advanced data activation and marketing measurement tools that are powered by AI, to improve their performance and achieve their KPIs. Our product is being adopted rapidly globally and we need the best people onboard the team to accelerate our growth.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a creative & talented social media maverick to spearhead Lifesight's social presence & grow our brand. You'll be responsible for creating original content (text and video), and managing & optimizing our social campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Youtube, and other social channels. You'll work closely with our entire marketing team (content, product marketing) to craft stellar campaigns that increase our SOV, brand search uplift & relevant traffic.

    What You'll Do

    Storyboard, design, and implement a cross-channel social media strategy.

    Dive deep into each social platform - Linkedin, and Youtube, to acquire audiences for reach, type & formats for posts, and build a monthly social media calendar.

    Create copy, write briefs for creatives (our design team at your disposal), think videos, thought leadership posts, carousels, and social selling.

    Collaborate with Product Marketing to host online/offline events bringing in industry experts, influencers & partners.

    Repurpose content creatively from Product Marketing & Content teams - from podcast episodes to industry benchmark reports.

    Own Lifesight's social media accounts - from cover pics to comments in posts (our team of product & marketing folks would help in crowdsourcing replies).

    Analyze channel-level performance (from page followers to post engagement metrics), track SOV, brand uplift & traffic to website properties, and demo requests

    Proven work experience in Social Media especially LinkedIn, X, and Youtube.

    Portfolio of social campaigns that was the talk of the town.

    Copywriting & strong sense of design aesthetics.

    Ability to simplify tech narratives & tell a story to an audience.

    Outgoing thinker, networker & community lover at heart.

    Proficient with tools for design, and social media monitoring.

    Understanding of the marketing attribution space is preferred.

    4+ years of experience in Social Media B2B SAAS.
