    Purpose of the role and what do we look for?

    • This role is for the position of a Growth Manager in a specialized team called CAGR
    • The growth manager is responsible for managing existing clients, focusing on their growth, identifying opportunities in expanding our business with them and increasing our footprint within their team.
    • Ability to identify and respond to current and future demands of existing clients. Periodically review our business with them, suggesting solutions to expand our business.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 4-8 years Prior experience in Presales, solutioning and account management.
    • Experience in Building trust with CXO level stakeholders.
    • Excellent presentation skills, visual storytelling, and business communication skills
    • Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
    • Analytics experience across Pharmaceutical, FMCG, CPG and the business functions – Commercial, Supply Chain and data governance preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Planning and Origination

    • Identify upcoming analytics requirements of existing clients and proactively reach out to convert the opportunities.
    • Identify additional budget owners / business functions within existing clients to reach out and build relationships.

    2. Proposals / Orals

    • Create new content / analytics, Automation and AI ideas to pitch to clients.
    • Manage the commercial proposals, SOW signing and the documentation during client life stage processes.
    • Help position Quantzig better with the clients (Our capabilities, team strength, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to attract future requirements.

    3. Continuous Improvement

    • Conduct reviews (loss / delivery) (Monthly and Quarterly business reviews).
    • Provide reports on successes and gaps in Partner Enablement.
