- Creating engaging video content, including product demos, and webinars, to educate and inspire developers.
- Develop compelling developer case studies and use cases to showcase the value and versatility of SuprSend's notification infrastructure across different industries and use cases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted developer marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, workshops, and hackathons, to drive developer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with developer communities, influencers, and popular platforms to expand SuprSend's reach and credibility within the developer ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, providing guidance, support, and assistance on SuprSend community.
- Actively engage with developer communities through online forums, social media, and developer events to promote SuprSend's platform and gather feedback.
- Gather insights from developers to identify pain points, opportunities, and feature requests to inform product development decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science
- Strong technical background with ability to code in a few programming languages (eg. Python, Node, React) and familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- 2+ years of experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or a related role within the tech industry.
- Excellent oral and writing skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for engaging with developer communities, fostering relationships, and driving developer adoption.
- Having track record of creating compelling developer-focused content and executing successful developer marketing campaigns.
- Proven record of writing technical blogs on some complex concepts
