    Job Overview

    The Wedding Voyages, a pure wedding designing company, is looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling the reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Pleasant and professional demeanor
    • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the reception area and ensure it is kept clean and presentable at all times
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
    • Provide information about the company and its services to visitors
    • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and distribute it to the relevant departments
    • Assist in managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow company policies and procedures
    • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
