    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will not only possess strong financial acumen and leadership skills but also have experience in IPO listings and Investor relationship management.

    As a key member of our executive team, the CFO will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, managing financial risks, and guiding the company through its next phase of growth, including potential IPO Preparation:


    • Lead and manage all aspects of the IPO process, including financial due diligence, regulatory compliance, and coordination with external stakeholders such as investment banks, legal advisors, and auditors.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive IPO roadmap, ensuring timely completion of key milestones and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to establish valuation metrics, pricing strategies, and investor communication Strategy:
    • Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and communicate and engage with business head and leadership team for the same.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, profitability targets, and market dynamics.
    • Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Evaluate and recommend strategic financial initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, and capital raising strategies.
    Financial Operations:


    • Execute all regulatory and compliance requirement on time
    • Drive monthend numbers on time to align leadership teams
    • Identify, acquire, and implement systems and software for critical financial and operational information.
    • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
    • Optimize cash flow management, working capital efficiency, and capital allocation strategies.
    Investor Relations:


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the investor community to enhance transparency and credibility.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and promote professional development opportunities.
    • Cultivate a strong finance function that supports the company's strategic goals and longterm The ideal candidate should possess a CA qualification, with additional qualifications such as CPA / CS or MBA preferred.
    • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience across portfolios is required, particularly in areas related to new technologies and global products.
    • Experience in financial planning for highgrowth revenue streams, digital assets, and services is essential.
    • Candidates should have experience in financial operations across international markets, including managing crossborder transactions and demonstrating meticulous financial management skills.
    • Prior experience in managing investors relations is highly desirable.
    • Previous experience working in a Growing setup as a CFO or in an equivalent role is preferable.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are a must for this role.
    • Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, IPO processes, and capital markets. )
