- Deep understanding of the OTC/Lead-ToCash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and supporting technologies.
- Experience with upstream & downstream processes & solutions to CRM capabilities such as MDM (Customer, contact, company, product Master), Order Management, Billing, Invoicing and Booking is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation and may require collaboration across multiple functional/technical teams.
- Candidate have worked earlier on custom program / development of custom reports based on business requirement.
- Additional to have experience solutioning, and implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle, , Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ/CLM technologies (Salesforce, Oracle, Conga) & debugging skills should be an add on for candidate.
