    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tellecaller Team Lead to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As a Tellecaller Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of tellecallers, ensuring the team meets their targets and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
    • Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise a team of tellecallers to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team's performance and achievements.
    • Collaborate with other teams to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
