    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients in the IT industry who require C2C staffing services for deploying bench resources at client sites for various projects. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and ultimately converting leads into successful partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to generate leads within the IT industry.
    • Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients who require C2C staffing solutions for their project needs.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations.
    • Needs Assessment: Understand the staffing requirements and project needs of potential clients to tailor our offerings and solutions accordingly.
    • Pitching and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to showcase our C2C staffing services and how they can address the clients needs.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads effectively to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
      Qualifications and Skills:
      Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
    • Strong understanding of the C2C (Corp-to-Corp) staffing model and experience in deploying bench resources at client sites.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead generation software.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
