    Job Overview:

    The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The National Sales Manager will contribute to the growth and success of the company by expanding its client base and driving revenue.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development

    Proven experience in Automotive Components Industry (Automotive Aftermarkets preferred)

    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

    Strong knowledge of the AAD Industry and Market

    Excellent leadership and team management skills

    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

    Good understanding of market dynamics and trends

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

    Ability to work independently and drive results

    Degree in Business Administration or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

    Manage national level responsibility for Channel Sales

    Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base

    Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory

    Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify potential areas for growth

    Conduct regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecasts

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

    Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team
