    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Digital Campaign Management:

    Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

    Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

    Content Development:

    Develop engaging online content including website, blog, social media, and advertisements.

    Coordinate with graphic designers for campaign visuals, and ensure content is informative and appealing.

    Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.

    Social Media Management:

    Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, , Twitter, and Instagram.

    Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being mindful of budget and target audience.

    SEO and Website Management:

    Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google to enhance visibility.

    Monitor and manage the company's website to ensure content is up to date and performing well in search engines.

    Email Marketing:

    Design and execute email marketing campaigns.

    Develop a lead generation strategy and create automated marketing campaigns.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

    Monitor customer engagement metrics and feedback to suggest content optimizations.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in the IT industry.

    Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

    Experience with B2B marketing.

    Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.

    Additional Requirements:

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

    Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.

    Understanding of programming and IT concepts is a plus.
