    Roles & Responsibilities:


    • Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and Conduct impactful market research, creating reports for decisionmaking.
    • Identify market segments, assess product demand, and analyze competitor positioning and develop and execute technical product promotion strategies.
    • Provide topnotch customer support for technical inquiries and Drive new business development initiatives in emerging markets, assessing market potential and implementing entry strategies.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Ensure effective utilization of resources through strategic planning and optimization.
    • Work closely with E-CON's R&D, Sales and Marketing teams to provide pre and postsales support and solutions to customers foreseeing the opportunity to deployment.
    • Work with engineering team to come up with cost estimations and detailed proposals and to present the same to customers.
    • Translate customer business issues and requirements into technical solution opportunities/engagements that best leverage our product offerings.
    • Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition associated with E-CON versus its competitors.
    • This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills with a good knowledge of hardware and software.
