    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Overview

    The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading and managing the sales team. This involves developing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and providing guidance to the sales team to meet organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
    2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, comprising inside and field sales teams, to drive business outcomes.
    3. Run a daily cadence mechanism to engage with new customers, follow up with existing customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
    4. Leverage pre-sales support, marketing materials, and use cases to generate leads and opportunities.
    5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to synchronize sales efforts with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
    6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong background in cloud sales - AWS (mandatory).
    • Certifications in AWS cloud fundamentals are an added advantage.
    • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
    • A natural collaborator, passionate about customer success and employee-centric.
