    TheSite Optimization & Analytics Specialist will support ineCommerce metrics testing and optimization initiatives.

    Thisindividual will be responsible for executing the testing roadmapfor our web and app properties and development and implementationof analytics tracking requirements.

    The Optimization &Analytics Specialist will be a primary point of contact for allaspects of testing and will interface with stakeholders such asProduct Management Marketing GMs and Business Intelligence.

    Ouranalytics & testing roadmap covers a broad spectrum oftracking and experimentation including site/platform features promoand pricing changes design enhancements and site algorithms.

    We arelooking for someone with a passion for Analytics & A/Btesting who can support and drive our tracking and testinginitiatives with an advanced marketing technical and analyticalskillset.


    DetailedJobDescriptionResponsibilities:


    Prioritize and manage experimentationroadmap Lead discussions with stakeholdersto understand test goals and business impactIdentify opportunities to run tests based on effort site trafficand competing tests Own A/B and multivariatetest design execution and documentation Workclosely with developers to build out testable features inaccordance with requirements Monitor teststhroughout their lifecycle to ensure testing fidelity andvalidity Evaluate the impact of concurrentlyrunning tests promotions launch of new features and other websitechanges that might influence test resultsConduct experiment analysis help uncover changes in metricsidentify shifts in user behavior and effectively communicate thestory behind test data Drive the testcommunication process inform stakeholders of test status providevisibility into test outcomes suggest recommendations for follow uptests and populate experimentation roadmapPrioritize and manage product trackingrequirements Lead discussions with Productteam members to understand their tracking goals and businessimpact Own documentation of productanalytics tracking and tools Developexpertise in our analytics and tracking tools including AdobeAnalytics Heap and GA4 Monitor producttracking tools for data integrity as site updatesoccur Use site analytics and web sitetesting data to identify opportunities for improvement and developinformed business recommendations to share with theteamRequirements:Minimum of 3 years experience using web analytics platforms and/oroptimization tools such as Adobe Analytics Omniture SiteCatalystAdobe Target (Test & Target) Google Analytics OptimizelyMonetate etc.

    Basic understanding ofeCommerce business metrics and drivers; should be familiar withonline shopping and eCommerce site metrics anddrivers Proven analytical skillsdemonstrated by the ability to collect and analyze data and makerecommendations based on that analysisUnderstanding of good test setup and metrics (basic statisticsconfidence levels etc.) Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal) both in articulatinghis/her ideas and gathering input from keystakeholders Strong project managementskills Minimum of 2 years experience driving experiments fromideation to completion Ability to thrive ina fastpaced entrepreneurial environment with a focus on flawlessexecution with attention to detail accuracy and ontimedelivery Basic to advanced Excel andPowerpoint skills Proficiency inSQL BA/BS degree in economics mathematicsmarketing business or related fieldpreferred.
