Sales Executive - Pune, India - Srisa Textiles

Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our textile company. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and promote our products to meet those needs. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Salary Range:

Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 35,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all kinds of clientele. Identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Attend trade shows to improve knowledge and contacts.
• Prepare sales reports and present findings to management
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in lead generation from B2B portals like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Justdial
• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the textile industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Willingness to travel as needed. (self owned vehicle preferred)
