- Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
- Proven experience in HR roles preferablyas an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
- Strongknowledge of HR processes policies and bestpractices
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HRsoftware
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
- Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking capabilities
- Thoroughunderstanding of labor laws andregulations
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work effectivelyin a team and independently
- High level ofprofessionalism and integrity
- HR certification(e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications
