    Hiring HR Executive for Mumbailocation.

    Andheri and Malad joblocation.23 YearsExperience

    Overview:

    TheHR Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations humanresources function contributing to the development andimplementation of HR strategies and initiatives. They areresponsible for managing various HR activities to ensure aproductive and harmonious workenvironment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist inrecruitment processes such as job postings screening andinterviewing
    • Administer and monitor employeeonboarding and offboarding processes
    • Coordinatetraining and development initiatives foremployees
    • Maintain and update employee recordsin HRIS
    • Handle employee relations issues andconflicts
    • Implement and enforce HR policies andprocedures
    • Conduct performance management andappraisal processes
    • Ensure compliance withlabor laws and regulations
    • Manage benefitsadministration and resolve relatedqueries
    • Provide HR support and guidance toemployees and management
    • Participate in HRprojects and initiatives
    • Contribute to thedevelopment of HR strategies andobjectives
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics formanagement review
    • Stay updated on HR bestpractices and industry trends
    • Handle adhoc HRtasks and projects asrequired

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in HR roles preferablyas an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
    • Strongknowledge of HR processes policies and bestpractices
    • Familiarity with HRIS and other HRsoftware
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
    • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking capabilities
    • Thoroughunderstanding of labor laws andregulations
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
    • Ability to work effectivelyin a team and independently
    • High level ofprofessionalism and integrity
    • HR certification(e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications
    • Attention todetail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask andprioritize workloadeffectively
