Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Support - Assist in developing and executing export sales strategies for Middle East markets; Support appointment, onboarding, and management of distributors and key accounts; Prepare quotations, price lists, tenders, and commercial proposals. Coordinate with distributors on forecasting, order planning, and monthly sales reviews.
- Distributor & Channel Management - Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams and Middle East distributors.
- Order Execution & Operations - Coordinate with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Regulatory & Market Compliance - Coordinate with regulatory and QA teams for documentation, samples, and audits. Support product registration, renewal, and compliance with Middle East regulatory bodies
- Market Intelligence & Reporting - Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks. Prepare monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and management presentations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of international trade & exports
- Knowledge of Middle East healthcare markets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
