Job Description: Azure Cloud Engineer About the Role We are seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud administration and a keen interest in AI technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, and enabling seamless integration of advanced technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Azure cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with Azure administrators to configure and maintain cloud resources.
- Implement and manage access controls, user roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Support cloud-based applications by troubleshooting issues and performing system updates.
- Assist in deploying and optimizing AI-related workloads in the Azure environment.
- Automate routine tasks using Azure tools, scripts, and best practices.
- Provide detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with Azure services and emerging cloud technologies to enhance system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Azure AD, etc.).
- Experience with configuring and managing permissions and access controls in Azure.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning platforms and their integration into cloud environments is a plus.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation and system management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques for maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (preferred but not mandatory)
