    What do we look for :
    Experience : 3 to 5 years.


    Technical Skills :

    • Expert knowledge in objectoriented Python programming.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
    • Understanding of various types of AB testing and causal inference methodologies.
    • Expertise in Data Bricks and PySpark for data processing and analysis.
    • Experience in cloud deployment, specifically on Azure.
    • Proficiency in Fast API for building APIs, Docker for containerization, and GIT.
    • Experience in CI/CD integration tools for automated testing and deployment pipelines.
    • Familiarity with package managers such as PIP and POETRY for managing dependencies.
    • Experience with feature development and deployment in a production environment.

    Good to Have :

    • Knowledge of advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive modelling.
    • Proficient in both data science and machine learning techniques.
    • Collaboration experience with institutions for research projects.

    Soft Skills :

    • Problemsolving mindset to address complex machine learning challenges.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver highquality solutions.
    • Detailoriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in model development and deployment.
