- Employee Benefits and Compensation: Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure competitive salary structures are in place. Manage compliance with all local labor laws, including ESIC and other statutory requirements.
- Culture Champion: Cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Implement initiatives that reinforce our company values and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between students, parents, and our organisation, ensuring excellent service and support to enhance our community relationships.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally in the education sector or related fields.
- Strong understanding of local employment legislation, including ESIC, labor laws, and payroll practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse relationships and complex situations.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Manager is required
