Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Training Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing training programs using the Workday Learning LMS. This includes setting up and deploying classroom and virtual instructor-led sessions, testing eLearning content, ensuring learning attendance is correctly registered, assigning training based on policies, managing learning campaigns, creating learning reports.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Training Administrator will manage training records (e.g., trainee lists,schedules,&attendance sheets), submit reports on training activities &results.& ensure employees& vendors follow established policies.& process enquiries by managers &employees.& Support academies in structuring &6deploying content within Workday Learning LMS.
