- Offer evaluation along with technical team.
- Vendor Assessment
- Clean sheet costing
- Negotiating Price, Terms and Contractual Conditions
- Finalization of contract within ACE and providing potential savings
- LOI / Purchase order preparation
- Post order document submission to internal client
- Obtaining technical clearance for manufacturing
- Expediting for timely deliveries
- Coordination for QC (internal / client) inspection and supplying to site
- To handle consumable items for southern & central region projectsSupporting Service order finalization for TPIDeveloping alternate potential vendors for consumables and Electrical itemsSite and Vendor coordination for erection and commissioning Hand over to client.Attending service requests if any arises after commissioning.Reconciliation of Vendor payment
