Responsibilities

Develop annual operating plans (AOPs) and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide financial reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending strategic actions
Ensure business health and co-own goals with category heads
Create trend analysis and projections for business growth and finances
Conduct reviews and evaluations for growth and profitability opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with 5+ years of work experience
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and presentations
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in business finance
Extensive understanding of financial trends within the company and general market patterns
Business acumen, analytical approach, and understanding of general business development and operations
Commercial negotiations, partnerships, alliances, agreements, and contract review
Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, start-ups, or consumer tech

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum
