- Provide hands-on operational support for installed solutions and existing EHS&S (Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability) solutions (Enablon)
- Leading and participating in process reviews or development and updates to or creation of associated documentation working with stakeholders
- Participating in standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development, and documentation
- Delivering and/or participating in standards, policies, or process education and awareness
- Successfully engaging, driving, and facilitating multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
- Working independently with users to define concepts or workflows and under direction of Project Managers
- Developing requirements specifications according to standard templates
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems related or equivalent experience.
- EHS&S expertise in a GMP environment including an in-depth understanding of business process across different functional areas/ modules like Environmental Health and Safety Management Audit, Inspection, Events, CAPA, Waste Management, Metrics, Compliance, Corporate risk, Corporate Security & Business Continuity Management, etc.
- 5+ years of experience and functional knowledge on Enablon Platform
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points with EHS modules
- 5+ years' experience as a technical hands-on business analyst with experience in EHS&S based systems, reporting and mobile technologies in support of operations and/or functions.
- Able to develop solutions to a wide range of complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
