- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, but master's degree in pharmacy is preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years in the sales function in the field of ophthalmology in the assigned area
- Comprehensive knowledge in business practice in IOL, good organization and administrative skills, excellent attention to details
- High degree of professionalism and integrity is essential, ability to demonstrate initiative and leadership, ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Description
This job role is responsible for all sales activities in assigned area. Manage quality and consistency of the product and service delivery. Ensures attainment of company sales goals, growth and profitability of the market.
Responsibilities
o Present and sell products to current and potential customers
o Identify sales prospects and contact those accounts
o Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
o Establish and maintain relationship with existing customers and prospective customers
o Identify and resolve client concerns
o Prepare action / strategy plans and schedules to meet the target
o Responsible for the performance and development of the distributors
o Plan, organize or participate activities in events such as seminars, congress, CMEs
o Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
o Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
o Prepare a different kind of status reports, including activities, closings, follow-up, etc.
o Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activities to ASM/RM
o Control expenses to meet budget guidelines with close supervision of ASM / RM
o Sales budget and expense budget planning for annual, quarter, and monthly with close supervision of ASM / RM
o Follow-up for collections of payment & ensure collections within defined credit periods
o Coordinate shipping schedule and delivery of products
o Other duties as assigned
