    Lead - Accounts & Financial Planning - NBFC - CA

    Position - Lead Book & Financial Planning

    Education - CA

    Experience years post qualification (min. 2 years in NBFC)

    Location - Gurugram

    • Experience in NBFC accounting in an Ind AS environment.
    • Hands on experience in Regulatory Reporting
    • Ability to manage Financial Planning & Analysis for the organization
    • Preparation of Financial statements and related disclosures on the basis of IND AS.
    • Preparation of monthly & quarterly RBI Reporting.
    • Facilitating the audits and coordinating with auditors and business stakeholders for audit queries and timely closure of the audits.
    • Cash Inflow, DPD analysis and Overdue Hold Release.
    • Monthly Provision and Accounting of Paid and unpaid Assigned Customer.
    • Monthly and Quarterly preparation of Asset liability management position (ALM) of the company and reporting to RBI.
    • Excellent leadership, visualization abilities, problem solving skills and ability to extract the best from the team.
