    Description

    Overview:

    TheSalesforce Developer plays a crucial role in our organizationresponsible for developing and customizing the Salesforce platformto meet the companys specific needs. This role is essential indriving business growth and ensuring seamless operations throughthe implementation of efficient and innovative Salesforcesolutions.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and understand requirements for customdevelopment
    • Design develop test and deployhighquality solutions on the Salesforce platform using ApexVisualforce and Lightning components
    • IntegrateSalesforce with other systems and thirdparty applications usingAPIs and web services
    • Create and maintaindocumentation related to Salesforce configuration custom code andintegrations
    • Optimize and tune code forimproving performance andscalability
    • Participate in code reviews andprovide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and highcode quality
    • Support continuous improvement byinvestigating and implementing new technologies and developmentprocesses
    • Provide technical expertise andsupport during Salesforce developmentinitiatives
    • Work closely with crossfunctionalteams to analyze Salesforce capabilities and identify opportunitiesfor process improvement
    • Assist introubleshooting and resolving technical issues related toSalesforce configuration and customdevelopment
    • Stay current with Salesforcereleases features and best practices to ensure the ongoingoptimization of Salesforcesolutions
    • Collaborate with Salesforceadministrators and other developers to deliver cohesive effectivesolutions
    • Participate in the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle utilizing Agilemethodologies
    • Contribute to the overallarchitecture and design of Salesforce applications andsolutions

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
    • Salesforce Platform Developer Icertification
    • Minimum of 6 years of experiencein Salesforce development
    • Proficiency in ApexVisualforce Lightning Web Components and declarative developmenttools
    • Proven experience in integratingSalesforce with external systems and databases using REST/SOAP APIsJSON and other technologies
    • Strongunderstanding of Salesforce data model security model andlimitations of the platform
    • Experience withSalesforce DX sourcedriven development and version controlsystems
    Minimum 6 years ofrelevant years of Salesforce developmentexperience. Proficient in Apex coveringsynchronous and asynchronous processing triggers andtestclasses. Strongunderstanding and expertise in both Aura Components and LightningWebComponents (LWC).Skilled in integration methodologies such as REST andSOAP. Adherence to best coding practices andstreamlined deployment processes.
