- Experience in using an authoring tool such as AuthorIT, FrameMaker, or RoboHelp
- Experience in content reuse.
- Proven ability to write conceptual, theory, task-oriented, and reference documentation with equal facility
- Experience writing to a style guide and to meet authoring requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence to track your work and collaborate with the product teams
- Capable of effectively working with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams

Technical Writer

You will be responsible for working as part of a global team to develop documentation for technologically advanced software and hardware applications for the Mining industry. You will be responsible for developing, writing, updating, and delivering internal and external content for software and hardware user assistance, including documentation and other learning content under general supervision for the Hexagon Mining family of products. If you have a passion for technical writing in the geology, mining, software, or engineering space, this is the position for you.
