And 15°C densitycaptured by online densitometry Vs thedensity recorded in SAP system on regular basisalso monitor preset Vs actual delivered qty of each BCU and TAS systemcontinuous basis for accurate deliveries
- Monitor average TT cycle time inside the Terminal tominimise delays in sending replenishment of product to customers
- Ensuring 100% working of automation and Instrumentation.Raising deviation requests for any defects / malfunctioning of Instruments
- Ensuring proper functioning and timelycalibration/proving/maintenance of Instrument like densitometer,TE, TurbineFlow meter etc, product pump, PDT, over spill sensor, instrument air pressureetc
- Periodic checking / calibration of ATG with manual gauging
- Checking of BCU/MOV status, checking the bay allocationactivity performing deactivation/activation of bay based on bay meterperformance and handing over it for maintenance job
- To keep track of all alarms and take prompt action,Reduction of alarms on month to month basis
- Periodic data back-ups stored
- Keeping track of Invensys Engineer visit reports andmodifications
- Monitoring the performance of TCS on regular basis andtrouble shooting in co-ordination with Instrument / APC group and generation,reconciliation of performance reports
- Keep abreast of all operating and ESD procedures and ensuresmooth operation
- Comply to all ISO requirements, undertake internal ISOaudits and achieve nil non conformities in ISO audits
- Ensure maintenance of IT infrastructure viz. LAN, VSAT, ITRacks, PCs, Printers, VC facility, TV, Video, other electronic equipments bycoordinating with IT Helpdesk / Service Engineers appropriately
- Ensure maintenance upkeep of PAC equipments
- Ensuring working of engineering station panel cooling fans,maintaining of Temperature in C room, Engineering station room for healthyworking of all electronic panels
- Ensuring that no rats / pests enter in to the c room / UPS/ IT room / AC ducts and effect the sensitive electrical / electronicparts
- Keep abreast of fire order and onsite emergency plan andensure ender tank farm team are fully framed On the same and perform roles asdefined in the documents
- Ensure use of PPEs and system of work permits
- Maintaining of work permit register and tracking of closedpermits. Maintaining Terminal equipment manuals library, Terminaldrawings, vendor manuals etc

- Arrange to conduct toolbox talks to TT crew and othercontract staff
