    Its Individual contributor role, supporting Global and APAC C&B related policies, processes, strategies and new initiatives. The role holder will require to be a project manager for established area projects and tasks during the year along with handling dynamic requests from the business during the year. The role holder is required to adopt an analytical and methodical approach towards addressing queries, requests from internal and external stakeholders.

    Role responsibilities:

    • Provide consulting and advisory on C&B processes such as undertaking first level review of area job evaluations, evaluating and preparing internal and external job offers, advise on promotions and equity increases, retention cases across APAC.
    • Liaise with division HRs, affiliate C&B leaders and BHRs and facilitate annual incentive calculations on an annual basis.
    • Manage Compensation Practice Center at HQ and independently interact with them.
    • Consolidate, provide data and analytics to reporting manager and APAC C&B Director as and when requested, which enables and facilitates better and faster decision making.
    • Create project plans and timelines and support area projects such as division pay mix, merit projections, salary structure submission, benefits related projects, insurance renewals, simplification and other adhoc compensation projects.
    • Engage and strengthen relationship with consulting partners through regular interactions and support annual submissions to Mercer, WTW, Aon and other vendor partners across Asia Pacific region on an annual basis.
    • Keep abreast of local and global C&B trends and developments to provide further market insights, resulting into superior knowledge inventory in the region.
    • Develop insightful presentation for area as and when required.
    • Track, monitor and share progress updates of various initiatives rolled out in the area. (Eg – wellness calendars etc)
    • Maintain, monitor and track the progress of communication tools such as benefits app in the APAC region.
    • Contribute and amplify the communication framework (keeping in view global guidelines) of C&B policies and benefits across APAC.
    • Support planning and executing area meetings during the year – procurement, vendor liasing and closure of activities.
    • Support affiliate C&B team as required during the year.

    Reporting:

    The role reports to Associate Director - Compensation and Benefits, SEA and Area projects.

    Stakeholder management:

    The role requires the incumbent to interact and manage relationships with key stakeholders – Area C&B Director, APAC division HR, CPC, APAC Executive Recruitment Team, Affiliate C&B Leaders and Managers

    Geographical Scope:

    The role scope is APAC which is 14+ countries in the region

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelors / MBA with minimum 4 yea rs of experience as a Human Resources professional with exposure to compensation and benefits. Consulting experience is an added advantage.
    • Experience in working across multiple geographies and cultures is a an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of aspects of Compensation & Benefits (Base pay, LTI programs, Annual incentive programs, Benefits, Salary benchmarking etc.) is a must.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills – Powerpoint, Excel etc is a must. Knowledge of macro, power BI and new age tool is a great advantage.
    • Abilitiy to understand and manage different cultures, nationalities and diversity is a must.

    Experience in working dynamic environment with a forward looking, problem solving mindset is a must.
