• Experience in handling tenders and bids in the field of information technology and Physical Safety and Security for National / International Bids. Understanding of RFP, RFI, tenders. Pre-qualification criteria, technical qualifications understanding, bid structure, understanding of compliances, BoM preparation, OEM correspondence, understanding of documentation requirements, preparation of costing sheets.
• Proficient in email correspondence, online documentations, ease of handling internet.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Should be able to create formulas and format in Excel. Excellent command over spoken and written English. Preferably background of convent school education.
• Should be able to scrutinize the RFPs and draft queries related to PQ/TQ criteria, Commercial Format and Terms, Scope, and Timelines etc.
• Should be able to attend Pre-Bid meetings.
• Should be able to communicate and co-ordinate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Finance team members.
• Should be able to interact with OEMs and float enquiries.
• Should be able to interact with Customers and Consultants if required.
• Should maintain a database of OEMs, Vendors/ Implementation Agencies based on Product lines and Regions supported etc.
• Should be able to collate the responses received from OEMs and internal teams for preparing the Bid Proposal document.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience of supporting International Bids.
• Should be able to work in a Hybrid working environment with Staggered / extended working hours as per requirement.
• Working hours – 3 pm to 12.30 am IST – Monday to Friday.
