This job role is to toperform and execute engineering design related to Electrical& Instrumentation systems in various projects by theengineering function.

Keyresponsibilites

• Responsiblefor the electrical and/or instrument discipline in the assignedproject.
• Coordination with internaldepartments customers suppliers & inspection agencies asinstructed by the lead engineer.
• Activityplanning work assignment work scheduling and monitoring of the ownand assigned teams.
• Preparation of design basisprojectspecific specifications and datasheets for basic anddetailed engineering; feasibility studies; analysis andcalculations; and tender document preparation.
• Report daytoday project activities to the lead engineer / divisionhead.
• Preparation of various engineeringdeliverables (drawings & documents) such as SLDsP&IDs block diagrams wiring schematics sizing calculations& analysis datasheets equipment specificationscauseandeffect diagrams hookups schedules and lists controlphilosophies shutdown philosophies layouts and other documents asassigned by the lead engineer.
• Participate andassist in interdisciplinary checks andcoordination
• Material engineering whichincludes the preparation of purchase specifications purchaserequisitions (as required) technical bid evaluation and supplierdocument review.
• Ensure that designs complywith the relevant codes standards regulations procedures andcontracts.
• Responsible for the accuracy ofdesign deliverables.
• Attend project &engineering review meetings process & safety workshops sitesurveys FATs & inspections and site surveys as instructedby the lead engineer / division head.
• Provideengineering support to the operations commissioning and completionsteams.
• Responsible for change management& risk identification.
• Identify thedesign improvements and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures asapplicable.
• Ensure compliance with allapplicable information security policies &procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in electrical engineering orequivalent.
• At least 9 15 years in engineeringdesign department of any offshore rig building or ship buildingindustry
