Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Videographer to capture and produce professional video content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and objectives. As a videographer at Maayasthra, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video projects to deliver outstanding visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients and our creative team to understand project requirements, goals, and target audiences.
• Planning and organizing video shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, and talent coordination.
• Capturing high-quality video footage using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Capturing b-roll footage to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
• Editing and post-production work, including video editing, color grading, audio mixing, and adding visual effects.
• Keeping up-to-date with video production trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our video services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills across different genres (e.g., promotional videos, interviews, event coverage).
• Proficiency in video production equipment and software, including cameras (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless), lighting setups, audio recording devices, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of videography techniques, composition, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple video projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, talent, and team members.
• Attention to detail and a creative eye for capturing engaging and impactful video content.
