    **Job Description:**
    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to support our offshore delivery team.
    The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules and a solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
    This is a remote, full-time opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering value through functional and technical expertise in Oracle SCM.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    1. Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
    2. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
    3. Handle issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing support for SCM processes.
    4. Participate in data migration, integration, and testing efforts.
    5. Work closely with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
    6. Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
    7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.

    **Requirements:**
    • Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Oracle SCM ERP with end-to-end implementation experience across core SCM modules.
    • Strong understanding of core Fusion SCM modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, etc.
    • Previous experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is highly preferred.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with distributed teams.
    • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Experience in implementation and support projects is a must.
