Job summary
Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions workshops and seminars Assist in identifying training needs through surveys performance data and consultation with managers Maintain and update the training calendar and training database Prepare training materials such as manuals presentations handouts Liaise with external vendors instructors to ensure timely delivery of sessions Manage logistics venue booking equipment setup invitations attendance tracking Monitor evaluate effectiveness of programs feedback post-training assessments Maintain accurate records employee participation certifications completion rates Support onboarding coordinate orientation new hires Assist budget tracking reporting for activities Present reports metrics outcomes management
