    About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR):

    What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

    • Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation
    • Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
    • Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results
    • Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews and populating credit application templates.

    Inclusions are:

    • Business Overview
    • SWOT analysis
    • Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
    • Covenant performance
    • PD/LGD analysis
    • Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV,
    • Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sectorbased guidelines
    • Collateral analysis
    • Analyze key points highlighted by rating agencies, reasons for rating changes etc.
    - (Applicable for corporate connections)

    • Providing Adhoc support to credit managers
    • Mentoring and training of new joiners and acting as a subject matter expert for SBA/BA team members.
    • Handling 24 FTE's and managing their performance and development
    • Handling Client calls and periodic communication
    What we're looking for:


    • Strong Accounting and financial skills
    • Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable
    • Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable
    • Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture
    • Ability to ensure that tasks of team members are completed in a timely manner
    • Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
    • Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working Strong Accounting and financial skills
    • Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is Preferable
    • Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable
    • Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
    • Good MS Office Skills
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
    • Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
    • Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms' goals & mission
    • Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 4 6 years' experience in the similar profile
