We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

    Role Title Design Engineer

    Location Bangalore

    Experience- 5-9 years

    Education– BTech/ MTech from a recognised University with experience on BIM.

    Areas of Accountability: Complete ownership of MEP Design and Execution from concept to co-ordination and construction, within optimised delivery timelines.

    Criteria for Selection:

    • Proficient in the use of BIM (Revit) as a tool for MEP Design, Coordination, Clash Detection and GFC Preparation. This includes ensuring that the teams delivery output is in BIM using the correct processes & standards.
    • Identifying and proposing the right system to be used basis design brief- while working closely with the design team to arrive at solutions based on first principles.
    • Design conceptualization to execution of system proposed including load calculations, space planning, equipment sizing, standardization, shop drawing and technical data sheets.
    • Work closely with architects and other design team stakeholders towards design delivery.
    • Good understanding of all Building and Design Codes, NBC, ASHRAE, IS Standards, SP35, UPC etc.
    • Evaluation and research of new systems and technology in field of Services Design: Electrical, HVAC, PHE, Fire- Fighting systems.
    • Efficient production co-ordination with all IBUs towards on time execution.
    • Proactive involvement at site: resolving site queries, addressing RFIs, Revisions etc.

    Metrics / KPIs :-

    • Complete alignment to design vision, high quality standards of Total Environment and project goals.
    • End to end ownership of MEP Design Delivery for the project.
