- Prepare and process patient bills, including inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
- Coordinate with TPAs for approval and reimbursement of claims.
- Ensure all billing documentation is accurate and in compliance with hospital policies.
- Follow up on pending claims and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide detailed billing statements and assist patients with inquiries.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of insurance claims.
- Keep track of claim status and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Maintain records of insurance approvals and rejections.
- Work closely with doctors, patients, and insurance companies to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Educational qualification: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, or relevant field preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in medical billing or TPA services is an advantage.
- Good understanding of hospital billing systems and third-party insurance processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
