Role Summary:

The ideal candidate for this Manager Performance Marketing role is a driven and analytical professional with expertise in digital marketing. This individual will be responsible for leading the performance marketing team, developing effective marketing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to achieve desired returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the performance marketing team to drive results-oriented growth
Develop and execute marketing plans that align with Moglix's objectives through web and app channels
Optimize and create multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Criteo) to achieve targeted Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)
Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Implement processes to define and track performance metrics
Enhance knowledge of e-commerce digital marketing, including shopping Ads
Lead and execute App campaigns to increase active user base

Requirements:

Digital marketing professional with 4-7 years of experience
Broad understanding of email marketing, web development, social platforms, customer segmentation methodology, and engagement analysis
In-depth knowledge of online marketing channels (AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, SEM, contextual, affiliate)
Excellent communication and people management skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) and Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution
