    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in accounting

    department, contributing to financial accuracy, compliance, and overall success of our clients and

    the firm.

    Responsibilities:

     Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate coding, and

    prepare payments in a timely manner.

     Accounts Receivable: Assist in recording and tracking customer invoices, follow up on

    outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts receivable balances.

     General Ledger: Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close

    activities.

     Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with

    company policies.

     Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

     Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing

    reports for management.

     Assist in Audits: Support external and internal audits by providing necessary

    documentation and information.

     Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

     Statutory Payments - TDS, GST and Advance Tax on timely basis and filing of

    monthly/Quarterly/Annual GST return and TDS return.

     Banking liasioning for opening and closing of accounts or any transaction related issues.

     Timely MIS as required by the Management.

    Skills Required:

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting

    Proficiency in accounting software (all version of Tally)

    Excellent Microsoft Office

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
