- Proven experience in full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Experience using job sites and recruiting software such as Naukri, Recruiter, etc
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Understanding of the SaaS industry and its talent landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Lead all hiring for technical roles (developer, designer, etc) and non-technical roles (SDR, sales, operations)
- Performing candidate search, screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and reference checks
- Limited HR assistance to our Management Team, including onboarding, reference checks, staff reviews, etc.
- Co-ordinate with third-level institutions to attract high-potential entry-level talent into the business

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior In-House Recruiter (FinTech) at Atoa. The Senior In-House Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. They will also play a key role in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This person will also provide limited HR and People Operations support to our Management Team, including onboarding processes, staff reviews, and other limited tasks.
