· Researching current market trends & competition studies.

· Identifying the client's requirements.

· Developing new themes for the decor.

· Working on detailing & and materials of the décor.

· Alignment of the work between the department members for the development of concepts in 3D models.

· Being a part of the model development process & and guiding the team members in terms of concepts.

· Getting approvals for the décor.

· Identifying better processes for smooth functioning.

· Co-ordinating the daily tasks & and work progress within the department.

· Organize daily activities and ensure schedules and objectives are met.

· Co-ordinating with the Client Servicing team for business requirements.

· Co-ordinating for the production requirements.

· Being a part of training & and development for the team.

· 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the Event or Retail Industry

· A bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as spatial design, interior design or graphic design.
