    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
    • Proficiency in Facebook advertising and Google advertising platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
    • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
