    AVP-Telesales

    • Drive young B2B Telesales team, with passion and metricsdriven approach to increase productivity, manage pipeline, forecast and drive desired sales behaviors to achieve the targets for acquisition, retention and client hosting production
    • Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, and work with the sales, servicing and hosting production teams to develop and implement innovative action plans
    • Responsible to take care of 150+ team comprising tele sales, tele service and tele production & hosting team
    • Hire, develop, train and lead the new and existing telesales / service / production team members to grow the revenue and hosting month on month
    • Monitor, coach, and develop ways to coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch the relevant product benefits or suggest suitable actions to complete a sale for tele sales team
    • Build service orientation among the servicing team to educate customers to utilize IM platform effectively and improve customer engagement and retention levels for existing customer
    • Identify process gaps and plug them in close coordination with the field and tele sales teams to improve hosting for new customers
    • Work closely with the field sales leaders to improve customer servicing and enhance customer engagement levels on a daily / weekly and monthly basis which will translate to revenue / retention / hosting growth
    • Take complete ownership of Sales, hosting, Retention and upsell targets and plan meticulously to achieve them
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly sales goals for the Servicing, Sales, and production hosting teams
    • Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results
    • Work closely with the product managers on new feature development, gauging competition, and firsthand customer/market feedback
    • Suggest improvements to sales processes as needed, implement improvements, and monitor the gains for sustainability and longterm sales process improvement
