    Senior Manager - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting (E)

    What can you expect?

    The is a people management role and is part of the Order Management (Career Delivery) team, which operates within the Career line of business. The OM team handles the entire process of order booking, invoicing, and access granting for career products. This team operates globally and provides support to various regions, including Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America, and Latin America. The reporting team within OM assists with operations and collaborates with regional market teams to provide insights and dashboards on sales data. Additionally, the team is responsible for managing existing VBA macros and developing new solutions using VBA or Python scripts to enhance efficiency.

  • Conduct extensive data analysis to generate insights and recommendations that drive operational decision-making.
  • Develop in-depth analyses of business operations and their strategic implications.
  • Create compelling storylines, gather data and input, analyze findings, and deliver presentations.
  • Take the lead in designing and delivering reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operational and performance metrics using tools such as Qlik Sense, MS Excel (VBA/Power Query), and Power BI.
  • Ensure timely publication of standardized reports and monthly KPIs/dashboards.
  • Maximize the use of existing technology, including global standardization of reporting across different platforms such as Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Maintain and update VBA macros to support survey data processes.
  • Effectively communicate with senior management and leaders throughout the organization to determine priorities and direction.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation.
  • Lead and develop a team of Specialists, providing overall direction, performance management, coordination, and evaluation to ensure high service delivery and execution.
  • Clearly communicate the organizational mission, vision, values, goals, performance management, and action plans to assigned resources.
  • Foster an environment that encourages development opportunities and motivates high performance through effective management and career development.
  • Lead internal meetings with stakeholders and adhere to agreed-upon project timelines.
  • What you need to have:

    Knowledge & Skills

  • Graduation/post-graduation in any stream.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Reporting & Analytics.
  • Experience in building and analyzing data models using various statistical tools for forecasting and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python/R, VBA/VB Scripts to write codes from scratch.
  • Experience in ServiceNow/Jeera would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in SQL, Access database, Power Queries, and handling large datasets.
  • Ability to analyze medium complex problems and translate them into an analytical approach, with stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including charts, pivots, slicers, Excel formulas, dashboard views, index match, Vlookup & Hlookup, offset, named ranges, and nested loops.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Ability to engage and develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders, anticipate and understand key business requirements through multiple discussions.
