    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Market Expansion: Formulate and execute strategies to explore new industries and clientele for Furfural Business. Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to leverage emerging opportunities effectively.
    • Identify and

    Cultivate Business Opportunities:
    Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, fostering growth and engagement.

    • Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to devise impactful promotional strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting new clients.
    • Analyze Sales Performance: Utilize sales data and trends to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to augment sales figures.
    • Oversee Techno Commercial Activities: Take charge of all Techno Commercial aspects pertaining to Furfural Business.
    • Manage P&L: Assume responsibility for overseeing the entire Profit & Loss spectrum of the business vertical.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the Furfural business unit, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.


    • Operations Management:

    • Oversee daytoday operations of the Furfural division. Implement and optimize efficient and effective processes to enhance productivity and quality

    Financial Management:
    Manage the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure profitability and sustainable growth through sound financial management practices.

    • Build and lead a highperforming team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
    • Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services.
    Address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
