Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your role will be working with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and other technical teams to deploy, automate and maintain web-scale microservice infrastructures.

We need you to help us scale up to serve millions of requests per day.

Deploy and scale microservices applications on Kubernetes and DockerTake charge of DevOps activities for CI/CD with the latest techs and manage database serversSet up log monitoring and infrastructure monitoringWrite scripts to automate tasksProvision, configure and maintain cloud resources including server instances, load balancers, security groups, DNS management and certificatesDeploy and manage multiple environments to support rapid agile developmentReview infrastructure usage and monitor scale down/scale up eventsSetup monitoring tools and review on a regular basis and collect statsOrganize log, events and create reports for usages and optimizationTesting and documenting what we build so that it's repeatableExtend and maintain our internal infrastructure

What are we looking for ?

DevOps experience of at least 3+ years providing support for web bases, SaaS (Software as a Service) based solutions with CI/CD modelKnowledge of Linux systems and network topology is necessaryHands on experience with shell scripting and Python programmingKnowledge of public cloud services (experience handling internal datacenters are highly desirable)Strong experience in virtualization, disaster recovery, backup, and security processes.

Configuration of web services, database systems, VPN (Virtual Private Network), load balancers, VPC etc.

Experience using monitoring solutions like ELK stack, Prometheus, GraphanaDemonstrate the ability to quickly learn modern technologies and have a natural passion for building state of art infrastructureBe comfortable with being responsible for the delivery of significant cloud and automation projects.
